Job summary

Gift of Life Donor Program in the Delaware/Metro Philadelphia area is seeking a Hospital Services Coordinator with a nursing or related clinical background to partner with hospital staff and ensure donation standards are understood and applied.

You will educate teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders in ICU, OR, and ED, analyze data to identify opportunities, and communicate outcomes through presentations and reports. The role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related healthcare field or equivalent clinical experience.
• Experience in hospital education, quality/process improvement, or clinical program development.
• Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and training skills.
• Ability to prepare presentations and communications for clinical and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses, leadership, and bedside caregivers in ICU, OR, and ED.
• Support practice improvements by ensuring donation standards are understood and applied.
• Deliver ongoing education to hospital staff formally and informally.
• Facilitate case debriefings and multidisciplinary discussions for process improvement.
• Engage hospital leadership and clinical teams to identify growth opportunities in the donation process.
• Develop professional presentations and written communications about education and outcomes.
