Job summary

Gift of Life Donor Program is seeking a health care professional to partner with hospitals in Delaware and the Metro Philadelphia area. The role emphasizes education, adherence to donation standards, and engagement with leadership, physicians, and bedside staff.

The successful candidate will lead clinical education initiatives, drive practice improvements, and communicate outcomes through presentations and written updates. Nursing background or related clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in hospital education, quality or process improvement, or clinical program development.
• Strong ability to educate and engage multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Educate hospital staff formally and informally to support best practices.
• Foster collaboration with physicians, nurses, and leadership for program improvements.
• Develop presentations and written communications for clinical and leadership audiences.
• Analyze data and lead discussions to identify opportunities for donation process improvements.
• Coordinate multiple priorities across ICU, OR and ED settings.
