Job summary

LiveOnNY is seeking a Hospital Services Specialist to improve organ and tissue donation outcomes. You will collaborate with hospitals and transplant centers, support timely referrals, and drive process improvements across departments.

The role requires building relationships, maintaining regulatory compliance with CMS, FDA, OPTN, NYS AGA, and LiveOnNY policies, and using EMR/Salesforce to document activities. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years related healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Experience with EMR/Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work to improve donation outcomes by reducing barriers with hospital partners.
• Support real-time case management and timely documentation in EMR.
• Analyze hospital data to maximize donor potential and improve protocols.
• Deliver education and lectures; develop accredited programs for clinicians.
• Engage hospital leaders to establish consensus on standards of practice.
