Job summary

Infinite Legacy is seeking a Hospital Donation Coordinator 1 in Falls Church, VA. You will assess donation outcomes, build relationships with hospital staff, and analyze data to improve donation performance. Travel to hospitals and on-site education are essential parts of the role.

The ideal candidate has healthcare-related education, hospital experience, and strong project management and communication skills to drive donor program success across service areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, communications, education, science, or related field; or an Associate’s with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Hospital setting experience preferred.
• Autonomous project management and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains hospital profiles and strategic plans to increase donation.
• Collaborates with hospital leaders to ensure regulatory compliance and effective donation processes.
• Designs and delivers educational programs for hospital staff and partners.
• Performs on-site visits, rounds in units, and follow-ups after donation activity.
• Coordinates with clinical teams and monitors donor referral and outcomes.
• Provides coaching and recruits donor program champions at hospitals.
• Analyzes data and MOUs to support program improvements and policy updates.
