Job summary

Infinite Legacy is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator I to lead outreach in designated areas while traveling to Baltimore, MD and Falls Church, VA. You will develop programs, engage diverse communities, and promote organ, eye, and tissue donation through schools, organizations, and government partners.

In this role you’ll collaborate with the Director and Donate Life Maryland/Virginia teams, track outcomes, and represent Infinite Legacy in public settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in humanities, communications, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in public outreach, communications or program development.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to build rapport with volunteers and partners.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community outreach in designated area under Director.
• Plan and implement events to increase donor registrations.
• Develop partnerships with schools, healthcare, DMV/MVA and community groups.
• Educate at DMV/MVA offices and promote donor registry locally and nationally.
• Track activities and report monthly to leadership.
• Advise on issues affecting outreach goals and strategic planning.
• Support media opportunities and act as a spokesperson when needed.
• Engage donor families and at-risk communities in outreach efforts.
• Coordinate with Volunteer Coordinator to recruit volunteers and Team Maryland members.
