Job summary

OneLegacy seeks a Program Manager, Hospital Partnerships to oversee donation programs across hospitals and inspire partners to maximize organ, eye and tissue donation. You will serve as the primary liaison, developing customized programs and guiding hospital staff to deliver high-quality donor family experiences.

You will analyze performance metrics, collaborate with education teams, and ensure compliance with federal/state guidelines while traveling within the service area as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years OPO experience.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements preferred.
• California driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donation programs and partner hospitals to maximize organ, eye and tissue donation.
• Develop data-driven performance improvement plans with hospital partners.
• Coordinate education and training across hospital staff to meet CMS conditions of participation.
• Establish and maintain hospital contracts ensuring compliance with laws and accrediting bodies.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, hospital staff and donor families.
