Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor at Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, OH. The role directs shift activities, ensures policy compliance, and supports a quality dining operation for patients, staff, and visitors.

The schedule runs 6:00 am–3:00 pm or 10:00 am–6:00 pm with rotating weekends; previous retail and management experience are required. A fixed pay rate of $20.00 per hour is offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous retail experience and 1 year of previous management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
