Responsibilities

• Operates Point of Sale system and assists the Chef.
• Performs cashier duties using the POS system.
• Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Maintains cash accuracy and makes deposits at shift end.
• Inventories and restocks supplies and food products.
• Keeps serving line temperatures within acceptable ranges; notifies cooks if out of range.
