Job summary

Cura Hospitality is seeking a Full-Time Dietetic Technician to join our healthcare team in Whitfield, MS. You will provide allergen, food safety, and wellness support on site by collaborating with operations leaders, dietitians, and staff in the food service department to ensure menus and food service programs meet contract or regulatory requirements.

You will manage nutritional data software, input information, address concerns, plan menus with dietary restrictions in mind, and monitor

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical experience.
• 2-year CADE-accredited Associate’s degree in Dietetics.
• Passed national examination by CDR to obtain Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR).
• 1 year experience in food and nutrition sciences, medical terminology, and nutrition management.

Responsibilities

• Manage nutritional data software.
• Input nutritional information.
• Address concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content.
• Plan and design menus considering dietary restrictions.
• Prepare meals and monitor patient nutritional status; document progress.
• Evaluate menus and recipes and maintain records of patients’ nutritional status.
