Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reviews menus prior to food preparation and prepares meals.
• Works with Dietitian/Director of Food Services and implements recommended changes.
• Ensures food procedures follow established policies.
• Performs administrative tasks such as forms and reports for the Dietitian/Director of Food Services.
• Assist in establishing food service production to assure timely meals.
• Prepare meals according to planned menus and dietary orders.
