Harbor Oaks Hospital is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team in New Baltimore, MI. The role involves routine food preparation and delivery of meals to patients, with both day and night shifts and rotating holidays/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification or similar food safety certification, where required by the state and facility.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine tasks related to clean up and sanitation of kitchen, dining or serving areas.
• Properly prepare, serve and store food in accordance with facility policies.
• Ensure compliance with state or federal regulations.
• Prepare foods according to standardized recipes and approved menu.
• Utilize service methods and food handling techniques to ensure quality.
• Understand and apply sanitation procedures to provide a safe environment.
• Adhere to menu and special diet compliance and report any dietary non-compliance to dietician or supervisor.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
