Job summary

Metropolitan Behavioral Hospital in Michigan seeks a Dietary Aide for full-time hospital food service. Responsibilities include preparing salads, stocking beverages, and keeping dining areas clean while assisting in patient meals and room supplies.

You will wash dishes, operate the dish machine, assist the cook, and stock kitchen on each floor. Holidays and weekends required; ServSafe preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous healthcare kitchen experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Full-time opportunity includes holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing salads and maintaining beverage supplies.
• Keep cafeteria and dining areas clean at all times.
• Assist in patient meal preparation and delivery and in stocking room supplies.
• Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher/dish machine.
• Assist cooks as required and stock kitchen on each floor.
