Job summary

Holt Senior Care & Rehab is seeking a Dietary Aide in Holt, MI to support residents with meals and tray service. Flexible shifts include mornings, afternoons, and evenings with rotating weekends and holidays. No late nights; part-time opportunities available.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service skills. We offer competitive hourly pay, hero pay, wage increases, and a comprehensive benefits package including tuition reimbursement and 401k.

Responsibilities

• Assemble resident food trays by placing silverware, napkins, condiments, salad and items on production sheets.
• Ensure accuracy of tray setup and follow all sanitary precautions.
• Take food carts to units/floors and assist nurses' aides in delivering trays.
• Prepare nourishment and beverages for hydration and distribute them.
• Collect and return resident trays to the kitchen after meals.
