Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) at UF Health Flagler Hospital in Saint Augustine, FL. Both full-time and part-time positions available with a 6:30 am to 7:30 pm schedule and rotating weekends.

We value caring for patients, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards. Training is provided, and you’ll help deliver meals that meet nutrition and accuracy requirements across units.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and ensure nutritional compliance.
• Assemble and deliver meals according to patient orders.
• Maintain tray tickets and timing for deliveries.
• Follow HACCP, HIPAA, and infection control policies.
• Assist dietitians with monitoring patients on special diets.
• Report issues to appropriate personnel promptly.
• Complete required daily/weekly/monthly reports.
