Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in English (Required).
• Ability to communicate with customers professionally (Required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (Required).
• Experience using iPad or ToughBook is a plus (Required).

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through meal orders using a diet office system.
• Verify patient identifiers, ensure tray accuracy, and confirm needs.
• Round on patients and staff to resolve foodservice issues and service gaps.
• Assemble and deliver trays per therapeutic diet guidelines and standards.
• Perform active duties including long walks and extended standing.
