Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Diet Clerk at Christus Santa Rosa Children's Hospital in San Antonio, TX. This full-time position involves patient menu management, data collection, and diet office tasks under supervision.

Preferred candidates have prior customer service and food service experience, with a valid Food Handler's card. Hours are full-time, Monday–Friday with potential weekend shifts, and the pay is $15.00–$15.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients in completing menu selections per prescribed diet.
• Offers alternatives to menu in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formula accurately and timely.
• Completes required documentation, reports and logs.
