Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus from patients.
• Assists patients in menu selections according to prescribed diet.
• Suggests alternatives within dietary restrictions and patient preferences.
• Plans regular and modified menus according to current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements and enteral formula as needed.
• Completes required documentation and logs for patient diets.
