Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Diet Clerk to support patient menu management and diet office duties at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. Full-time and part-time shifts with rotating schedules are available.

Responsibilities include assisting patients with menu selections, ensuring diets are followed, and handling menu distribution with accuracy. Prior customer service experience is required.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required, preferably in a call center or food services.
• Ability to follow prescribed diet and assist with menu selections.
• Willingness to work full-time or part-time with rotating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients in completing menu selections in compliance with prescribed diet.
• Offers alternatives to menu in accordance with dietary needs and preferences.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements and enteral formula accurately and timely.
