Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate routine information in English.
• Perform simple arithmetic functions.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen: Performs daily cleaning of kitchen equipment and area; assists with loading and transportation during meal service.
• Dining Room & Patient Meals: Assists in tray line setup and serves meals; retrieves trays/dishes after service; cleans work areas.
• Follows proper food handling, safety, and personal hygiene guidelines; adheres to uniform and department policies.
• Fosters a culture of safety and complies with infection control and patient safety guidelines.
