Care New England in Providence, RI is seeking a Hospital Diet Aide to assist in preparation and service of meals for patients and guests. You will follow portion sizes, support sanitation, and help with stocking and cleaning throughout shifts.

This role requires the ability to read and follow oral and written instructions, proficient English, and sufficient dexterity and mobility to perform tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Formación

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Work may require fair amount of dexterity and mobility.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparation and served food to patrons, using proper portion size and method of service.
• Operate cash register in accordance with hospital and department policy and procedures.
• Assists with stocking and cleaning throughout the shift.
• Adheres to sanitary regulations when handling food and equipment and maintaining standards.
• Assists in other dietary department functions.
