• Follows recipes and maintains proper forecasted amounts for service periods.
• Reviews menus and communicates changes to staff.
• Maintains general sanitation of the food service area and equipment.
• Cleans and maintains work area at all times.
• Assists with staff coordination and appropriate service delivery.
