Responsibilities

• Prepares and garnishes maternity specials daily.

• Assists with food preparation for special functions.
• Prepares vegetables and/or main entrees for Mount Auburn Hospital patients and Cafeteria per standardized recipes.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area.
• Tests cooked food by taste, temperature, smell, and appearance.
