• Prepare vegetables and entrees for Mount Auburn Hospital patients and Cafeteria.
• Test cooked food by taste, temperature, smell and appearance.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work area and proper labeling procedures.
• Delegate duties to cook's helper and assist with special functions.
• Support patient tray line and assist with batch cooking as needed.
