Qualifications

Responsibilities

• FOOD PREPARATION - Prepare and serve a variety of foods according to recipes and production sheets.
• FOOD PREPARATION - Coordinate cooking schedule to ensure timely production.
• FOOD PREPARATION - Maintain and replenish food lines and carts; restock condiments and serviceware.
• FOOD PREPARATION - Maintain proper food temperatures and label/store leftovers per guidelines.
• SANITATION - Clean and maintain a sanitary work area; comply with hospital and state regulations.
• Working conditions include exposure to chemicals and potential hazards.
