Job summary

You will operate kitchen stations, monitor temperatures, help with setup and service, and ensure a clean work area. Evening, weekend shifts may be required, and ServSafe certification must be obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Basic kitchen knowledge.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and bend; work in varying kitchen temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes, quality standards, and food safety requirements.
• Operate kitchen stations and monitor food quality and temperature to minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with HACCP and ServSafe.
• Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management.
