Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods according to recipes and production methods.
• Maintain high quality using safe, sanitary handling and daily quality control checks.
• Operate multiple stations and check taste, temperature and presentation for patient, cafeteria, and catering foods.
• Train and orient selected staff on food production along with safety and sanitation practices.
• Lead production in absence of Executive Chef according to facility.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
