Job summary

You will adhere to HACCP and food safety guidelines, use proper equipment for standard recipes, and collaborate with production staff on menus and portion sizes. Training opportunities exist to advance within the industry.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in quantity cooking preferred.
• High School Graduate/Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, prepares, seasons, and cooks a wide variety of food items following menus and production sheets.
• Adheres to HACCP/food safety guidelines and policies.
• Uses proper equipment to produce standard recipes.
• Communicates with production staff about menus, recipes, and portion sizes.
• Supports training with other production staff to grow within the industry.
