Job summary

AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Orrville Hospital is seeking a Full-time Cook with open and closing shift availability. Starting pay will depend on experience with weekend incentives. You will join a team that prepares from scratch for patients and guests, following safety and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of cooking experience.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality food products by following directions and recipes.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintain calm and professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
• Show a desire to learn and grow within the role.
• Follow AVI policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
• Foster positive, professional relationships within the team.
• Assist with training new partners as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Collaborate with the Culinary Team including the Executive Chef.
