MultiCare Health System is seeking a Cook for Tacoma General Hospital to join the Nutrition Services team. You will follow recipes and production standards to prepare high-quality meals for patients, staff, families, and visitors, while adhering to food safety regulations.

The role requires at least two years of cooking experience in healthcare or related settings, with a Washington Food Handler’s Card and Serve-Safe certification preferred.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Current Washington State Food Handler’s Card required.
• Serve-Safe certification preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years cooking experience in casual to fine dining, hotels or healthcare line cook.

Responsabilidades

• Provide restaurant-style dining while supporting local and sustainable product usage.
• Order supplies, prepare food items, ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cooler and freeze stocks and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Collaborate to deliver a quality product and exceptional customer experience.
