Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cook at SSM Health St. Marys Hospital in St. Louis to prepare a variety of hot and cold foods for meals and events, following Sodexo's culinary standards.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency, and support a collaborative dining program. Full-time position with rotating mornings and afternoons. Prior food service experience is valued; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a commitment to food safety and customer service

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and food-handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold foods per standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and follow safety rules.
• Assist with portioning and ensure food safety and sanitation.
