Lakeview Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, in Bountiful, Utah, seeks a Controller to lead the accounting department and direct the hospital's financial activities, including reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.

The role supervises general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, payroll and inventory accounting; coordinates the budget program and government payor reimbursements; and partners with the CFO to ensure accurate medical records and strong financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related accounting experience.

Responsabilités

• Direct the hospital's financial activities.
• Supervise preparation of general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, payroll and inventory accounting.
• Coordinate the hospital's formal budget program and cost report work papers.
• Coordinate reimbursement activities for governmental payor programs.
• Ensure accurate and adequate medical records are maintained for patients and physicians.
• Assist CFO in directing and coordinating accounting, reporting, budgeting and internal control functions.
