Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum five years hospital accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial management and analysis principles and managerial skills.
• Experience in budgeting, including capital planning and operations.
• Experience creating and executing a strong internal control environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the hospital's accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reviews, budgets, and state financial reports.
• Develop plans to enhance operational efficiency as requested by leadership.
• Participate in Governing Body committees and partnership boards as needed.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with Medicare regulations.
• Celebrate accomplishments and victories with the team.
