Temecula Valley Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a receptionist with PBX experience in a hospital setting.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, the ability to interact professionally with physicians, patients and staff, and strict confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and email is preferred; 35–40 wpm typing and keyboard skills are expected.

• Good telephone public relations and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact diplomatically and to maintain a professional demeanor with physicians, the public and hospital staff at all times.
• Maintains and respects confidentiality of patients and facility.
• Able to work in an organized and independent manner.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and electronic mail preferred.
• Type 35-40 words per minute.
• Knowledge of computer keyboard
