Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and courteously.
• Greet patients and visitors and provide directions.
• Announce disaster and emergency codes per policy with clarity and calm.
• Report alarms to outside agencies and hospital staff.
• Collect payments and deposits from patients or refer to Patient Financial Services.
• Operate office equipment (printer, scanner, credit card swipe, copier).
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel and patient information.
• Participate in Strategic Quality Management and Customer/Guest Relations programs.
• Adhere to Corporate compliance policies and procedures.
