Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience operating multi-line telephone systems.
• Prefer high-volume call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming/outgoing calls on a multi-line system.
• Operate PBX console and paging/wireless systems correctly.
• Maintain patient/confidential information with discretion.
• Respond promptly to alarms and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Document communications and maintain schedules and records.
