Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN or higher is required.
• Unrestricted NC RN license or licensure in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state required.
• American Heart Association BLS is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate clinical supervision for hospital services.
• Lead program planning, HR, finance, quality assurance and staff development.
• Coordinate hospital services with medical staff, leadership, and external agencies.
• Ensure staffing decisions are justified using workload data and adjusted accordingly.
• Discipline staff with proper documentation when needed.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in disaster planning.
• Promote public relations to increase awareness of services.
