ECU Health’s Outer Banks Hospital seeks a clinical supervisor for hospital services who ensures age‑appropriate care and acts as in‑house administrator, communicating issues to hospital leadership. The role covers program planning, HR, financial management, quality assurance, staff development, and collaboration with medical staff and external agencies.

This 0.6 FTE, 24 hours/week position offers 3A–3P shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• ADN or higher required.
• Unrestricted NC RN license required or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state Health Care Provider is required.
• American Heart Association BLS is required.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience is required.
