Job summary

Allaire Health Services is seeking a Hospital/Clinical Liaison in Vermont with travel across Central Vermont and parts of New Hampshire. You will build relationships with hospitals, clinicians and case managers to move referrals and ensure seamless transitions of care.

The role requires travel within the territory, a professional presence, and the ability to partner with facility leadership to support census growth and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, case management, nursing, or hospital liaison services preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a travel-based territory.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Territory Includes:

• Central Vermont
• Grafton County, New Hampshire
• Additional secondary territories as needed
