Job summary

The role focuses on increasing awareness of skilled nursing and post-acute services, identifying referral opportunities, and ensuring smooth handoffs with admissions and clinical teams. Travel across the Danville and Williamsport markets is required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare, sales, marketing, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with skilled nursing, post-acute care, hospitals, rehabilitation, or healthcare referrals is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Danville and Williamsport markets.

We are looking for a Clinical External Liaison to join our team and help build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, and other referral sources throughout the Danville and Williamsport areas.

• Work closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure a smooth referral process.

• Track referral activity and maintain regular communication with referral partners.

• Attend community events, healthcare meetings, and networking opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

• Healthcare, sales, marketing, business development, or related experience preferred.

• Experience with skilled nursing, post-acute care, hospitals, rehabilitation, or healthcare referrals is a plus.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.

• Must be comfortable traveling throughout the Danville and Williamsport markets.
