Qualifications

• Previous clerical experience required.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Able to follow oral instructions.
• Able to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Flexible to adapt to changing schedules and departmental needs.
• Willing to follow hospital policies and procedures.
• Must demonstrate Service Excellence in interactions with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to hospital departments as assigned.
• Perform duties of the position during each float assignment.
• Prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrate scheduling flexibility and adaptability.
• Take initiative to complete assignments and develop professionally.
• Follow hospital policies and safety standards.
• Report to the Department Manager of the assigned department.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
