Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters in Theology or equivalent for faith tradition.
• Minimum of 4 CPE units.
• Active ordination/endorsement from a faith group.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual assessment and counseling to patients, families, and staff.
• Coordinate grief de-briefings and support staff in crisis situations.
• Document activities in PCARS and participate in Quality Improvement.
