Lifepoint Health seeks a Chief Executive Officer to provide executive leadership, set vision and strategy, and drive operational excellence across a national care network.

The CEO will oversee a high-performing management team, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster relationships with physicians, payors, and partners to advance the strategic plan approved by the Board. Strong financial stewardship and patient-focused outcomes are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum five years of healthcare management experience.
• Hospital/healthcare facility CEO/COO experience preferred.
• Rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements (Joint Commission, CARF).
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial and contractual skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals.
• Design and implement the strategic plan with the Board; translate strategy into objectives.
• Establish and maintain operational controls, reporting systems, and dashboards.
• Oversee financial performance and take corrective action as needed.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance management team and partners.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and practitioner agreements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Foster superior patient outcomes and partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Board on strategy and major transactions.
