Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with water treatment for heating and cooling systems.
• Experience using HVAC/Temperature controls and Energy Management Systems.
• OSHA Basic, NFPA70E.
• Basic math skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests for hospital facilities.
• Maintain, operate and troubleshoot central plant equipment.
• Monitor and adjust energy management systems to optimize efficiency.
• Perform building rounds and inspections and report issues.
