Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of secretarial or administrative assistant experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a hospital or related setting preferred.
• Advanced education beyond high school preferred in business or healthcare related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of Case Management functions including organization of work flow, communications, critical information tracking, and links with community resources.
• Support the Case Management department to optimize Care Management processes and Case Manager efficiency and effectiveness.
