Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and relays internal and external calls and provides information per policies.
• Troubleshoots system issues when needed.
• Uses desk directories, on-call lists, and reference materials.
• Operates beeper and paging system to contact hospital personnel and code team.
• Communicates codes, alerts and announcements according to policies, including disaster plans.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
