Staffmark is hiring a Part-Time Call Center Clerk in
Jonesboro, AR! If you're friendly, detail-oriented, and love helping others, this is your chance to connect directly with patients and support their care through personalized meal service.



Pay Rate: $13.50/hour



Schedule: Various shifts | 16-20 hours/week | Every other weekend required



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Answer incoming calls from hospital patients placing meal orders

  • Verify dietary restrictions and approved food options using internal systems

  • Navigate patient health records and nursing data with confidentiality and care

  • Accurately input orders and update logs in a fast-paced environment

  • Deliver outstanding, compassionate phone support at all times



What You Bring to the Role:



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills and professional phone demeanor

  • Confidence using computers and multitasking between systems

  • Understanding of patient privacy (HIPAA compliance)

  • Ability to walk or stand during shift and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

  • Reliability and consistent attendance are essential
