Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare area for food serving and set up stations with hot items, salads, desserts, and breakfast items.
• Serve food in prescribed quantities according to standards.
• Take temperatures before and during meal service.
• Inform production if a menu item is running low.
• Stock cold supply before, during and after each meal service.
