Job summary

You will liaise with users, MIS, and vendors, and help implement enhancements with MIS Technology Services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience in hospital operations (Patient Access, Admitting, Billing, Revenue Cycle, or app support) is preferred but not required.
• Internal candidates with strong institutional knowledge and problem-solving abilities are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure information systems meet the business needs of all users.
• Learn the business operations of the areas supported.
• Standardize processes for the use of all business applications and software.
• Respond to user requests regarding correct and productive use of modules for Admissions, Billing, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Materials Management.
• Liaise between hospital users, MIS department, and system vendors as needed.
• Work with MIS Technology Services to implement enhancements and resolve day-to-day problems.
