Matagorda County Hospital District in Bay City, TX is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to ensure our information systems meet user needs and to standardize business processes across Admissions, Billing, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Materials Management. You will liaise with users, MIS, and vendors, and help implement enhancements with MIS Technology Services.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience in hospital operations (Patient Access, Admitting, Billing, Revenue Cycle, or app support) is preferred but not required.
• Internal candidates with strong institutional knowledge and problem-solving abilities are encouraged to apply.
