The role requires attention to detail, reliable customer service, and the ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with on-call rotation; prior blood banking experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to enter, review and maintain information in computer systems.
• Ability to work schedule including weekends/holidays/on-call.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and confirm routine and urgent blood product orders from hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Select, verify, prepare, package and distribute blood products with high accuracy.
• Monitor, store, rotate and track blood product inventory and supplies.
• Use computer systems to process orders, document transactions, manage inventory and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines and temperature-control requirements in a regulated healthcare setting.
